Christiane Guy has been involved in holistic healing and spiritual transformation work for two decades. During this time she has studied numerous healing modalities and personal development approaches. Christiane is trained as a Cranio-sacral practitioner with the Upledger Institute (USA). She uses non-invasive Cranio-sacral techniques to facilitate body, mind and spiritual healing.
On the physical level she works on the Cranio-sacral system, primarily the head-cranium, spine and sacrum. Stress and trauma can cause restrictions in the body's connective tissue, which surrounds all organs, muscles and nerves and is manifested as pain and tension. These restrictions can be released gently through Cranio-sacral therapy. Cranio-sacral therapy has been successfully used to treat many common complaints such as headaches, neck and back and jaw problems, stress and depression.
On the unconscious level, Cranio-sacral therapy allows us to reconnect with our body's innate inner wisdom, thus releasing blockages and balancing our soul centres (Chakras). Christiane's Cranio-sacral sessions are a unique experience, combining intuitive hands-on bodywork with a non-doing meditative approach, allowing the soul to be touched and real healing to occur. Each session is a journey into the self, with no two sessions ever being the same.
A one hour session with Christiane will cost HK$800.
